Dear Registrant,
On behalf of Irwin Goldstein, MD, IF, President of the International Society For The Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH), the ISSWSH Board of Directors and the ISSWSH Fall Course Faculty, we are excited to welcome you to the 2016 Fall Course. ISSWSH is the preeminent organization dedicated to women’s sexual health and we organize several courses throughout the year, with our Fall course being among our most successful. This year we are continuing to run the course in Scottsdale, AZ. The 2016 Fall Course will be held at the Paradise Valley Doubletree in Scottsdale from October 21-23, 2016. Potential attendees of the courses include (but are not limited to) physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physical therapists, sex therapists, sexuality educators and trainees in all of the above fields. It is expected that approximately 120 attendees will attend this CME event.
ISSWSH is a multidisciplinary, academic, and scientific organization. The purpose of the society is to provide opportunities for communication among scholars, researchers, and practitioners about women's sexual function and sexual experience; to support the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in research, education, and clinical practice of women's sexual health; and to provide the public with accurate information about women's sexuality and sexual health.
We encourage participants to register for this course more than once, as our faculty changes and content is updated regularly. There have been many new developments in female sexual health over the past year and we always make sure our course material is the most current you will find on this exciting and evolving field. Additionally, this year we are adding new sessions focused on those with prior course experience, including individual opportunities to practice many of the tools taught from the podium and in the breakouts.
I look forward to meeting you in October as we explore the expanding, important and changing field of women’s sexual health.
